Your tracking number is in the confirmation email sent by the sender or the e-commerce store you purchased from. It’s also printed on the physical receipt or waybill attached to your parcel. It’s typically 8–30 characters long and contains letters and numbers.

Tracking data is pulled from the carrier in real time every time you submit a query. For most major carriers, this reflects events within the last 15–30 minutes. Some regional carriers update less frequently, typically every few hours.

If your tracking number was just generated, it can take 12–24 hours before the carrier activates it in their system. Double-check that you’ve entered it correctly — no extra spaces. If it’s been more than 48 hours, contact us via WhatsApp and we’ll investigate with the carrier directly.

Yes. We support international tracking across 180+ countries. Once a parcel clears customs and is handed to the destination carrier, tracking continues uninterrupted. Cross-border shipments may show a gap of 24–48 hours during customs clearance, which is normal.

No. We don’t store your tracking number or the results of your query. Each search is a live, one-time request to the carrier API. We don’t sell or share any data with third parties.

“In Transit” means your parcel has been collected by the carrier and is moving through their network toward the destination. It could be in a sorting facility, on a delivery vehicle, or on a long-haul flight. The map view will show its last scanned location.

After you enter your tracking number, we display a Google Maps view showing the last known location of your parcel based on the most recent carrier scan. The map updates each time you refresh the tracking result. Not all carriers provide GPS-level precision — the pin reflects the city or facility of the last scan.
